Full-time Cosmetology student Profidencio Serrano-Velez shares with us his thoughts on creating a wonderful guest experience. He reminds us all that we have control over the experience of our guests by how we behave. He told us that from start to finish it is so important to “whole-heartedly give myself to the client that is in the chair”. It is obvious this is terrific advice as Profidencio currently has the highest repeat/request percentage in the Academy! Guests clearly appreciate his approach and terrific attitude and we know this will take him far in his salon career after graduation!
